Gift Vouchers are emailed as A4 PDFs, so you can print them off or forward them on to the beneficiary. With the e-voucher, your gift is available immediately.
- How do I use a Gift Voucher?
The recipient of the Voucher should navigate to the "Use a Gift Voucher" section on the website and enter the unique secret code on their Gift Voucher. Once their code is validated, they can select the date and time of their choice to make their booking. They will then receive their ticket, which they must show when they visit.
- How long is a Gift Voucher valid for?
A Gift Voucher is valid for one year after the purchase date. While the recipient must book during the validity period, the date they choose for their visit may be after it.
