I have several confidential codes
If you have several tickets or gift vouchers, you must enter a 1st code in order to make your 1st reservation. After placing in the basket, click on the "Add another code" button and renew the operation.

Your code doesn’t work ? you’ll find the different reasons and solutions below :
Your code may not be activated yet, be patient ! if you ordered your ticket from one of our resellers (Ticketmaster, Fnac, Seetickets …), your code will be active :
24hours after your purchase time for tickets ordered from Monday to Thursday
From Monday 10am for tickets ordered from Friday to Sunday
Try again as soon as the deadline has passed !
The expiration date of your ticket or gift voucher may be exceeded. If this is the case, the following message will appear at the top of the page after validating your code : “Error : the code is not valid or has expired”. You therefore have no longer the possibility to consume your gift voucher or ticket.
The confidential code you enter may not be the right one. To make sure, click on the link “where to find my confidential code” under the CONFIDENTIAL CODE field.
The confidential code you enter may be inaccurate. Enter it again by checking that it is identical to the code displayed on your gift voucher or ticket. Make sure there is no space between the numbers/letters.
